Terms of use

1. Operator

NoMap is operated by Swiss Logistics Consulting GmbH.

Hauptstrasse 41
6315 Oberägeri
Switzerland
UID: CHE-401.850.285
Email: info@nomap.app

2. Purpose of NoMap

NoMap provides logistics intelligence, project and port reference information, calculated route information and multimodal planning tools. The public service is intended to support professional logistics analysis and decision-making.

3. No route-feasibility conclusion

Unless expressly stated in a signed project-specific agreement, calculated routes and corridors are reference and planning outputs. They do not constitute a physical route survey, engineering verification, legal road-access confirmation, permit approval, bridge-capacity assessment, dimensional-clearance verification, marine warranty approval or execution authorization.

RouteSurvey feasibility, site constraints and execution assessment are separate activities and must be completed where required before transport execution.

4. User responsibility

Users remain responsible for professional judgment, verification of operational conditions, compliance with applicable law and permits, and validation of data before relying on NoMap outputs for an actual transport movement.

5. Data and availability

NoMap may use public, licensed, customer-supplied and calculated data. Geographic, port, road, waterway, project and third-party data may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Service availability and individual datasets may change unless contractually agreed otherwise.

6. Accounts and access

Where accounts are provided, users must protect credentials, use access only for authorized purposes and promptly report suspected compromise. NoMap may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, data, systems or legal compliance.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, extract protected datasets beyond permitted use, reverse engineer restricted components, or use NoMap in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

8. Intellectual property

NoMap software, design, brand, proprietary datasets, workflows and documentation remain the property of their respective rights holders. Public map and third-party data remain subject to their own attribution and licence conditions.

9. Confidential and project data

Customer-specific project environments may contain confidential or restricted information and are governed by the applicable customer agreement, access controls and data-processing terms. Public-site access does not grant rights to private project data.

10. Warranties

Except where expressly agreed in writing or required by law, the public service is provided on an as-available basis. NoMap does not warrant that all information is complete, current or suitable for a specific transport operation.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional limitations, warranties, service levels or risk allocation applicable to paid or project-specific services are governed by the relevant commercial agreement.

12. Changes and suspension

NoMap may modify public functionality, datasets and these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected in the published revision date.

13. Commercial agreements and applicable law

Project-specific or paid services may be subject to separate commercial agreements that define governing law, jurisdiction, service levels, data-processing obligations and other contractual terms. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
